I found a long tail 6 word keyword with around 1,500 searches per month. The exact domain name is selling on an auction that ends in 5 days for cheap. I have a lot of knowledge about this long tail keyword and I am considering writing an ebook and selling it on the website once I purchase the domain name and write some copy and set it up. My question is what is more important than determining the competitiveness of the keyword, the PR of all the websites on the first page when the keyword is typed in? Or the number of exact matches + exact matches inurl: and intitle: ? Which is more important? This keyword for example has over 4 million exact matches. Over 10,000 inurl: and over 10,000 intitle: However at the same time, there are only 2 websites with a PR of 2 and the rest have a PR of n/a on the first page. I checked the backlinks of the websites the PR of 2 and it's only a couple of hundred or so. So is this an easy or a hard keyword?
