Hello i have came up with a method to make money with facebook. I am registered with CPA Lead and they have some offers like to win a "iphone 6s" I am thinking of setting up an ad campaign on Facebook promoting that CPA offer. Is this allowed by facebook? Also if it is not is there any way to get by this? Any help will be much appreciated!

You will get banned in a heartbeat if you do a campaign related to those offers. A way around it is using cloaking, but don't waste your time cloaking shitty scammy offers like those that only pay $1-2/lead.

If i cloak and target gulible teenagers and kids wont it be a good method to start? Also instead of doing ads can i just use mass planner join as much groups as possible and post the CPA links to the groups?

THUNDERELVI is correct in saying you will get banned for advertising this type of offer. I do Digital Marketing and Online Advertising for a living and have seen it too many times.

The most efficient way to make this work?
Build a list to market/sell to:
+ Set up an ad pointing to a landing page (Not CPA offer) (The landing page gives free info about the iphone 6s. (This can be about anything you want from accessories to the tech itself)).
+ To get access to the free content, have people give you their email address.
+ After Getting their email, send them a welcome email or targeted email strictly talking about the CPA offer.

Do you have experience setting up sales funnels such as this one that I mentioned, or have someone to assist you with it?

First of all, cloaking is much harder than you think and very costly. Second, I can't see how the campaign is going to be profitable if you promote $1-2 offers, but that's just me, maybe it will work, so you have to test it for yourself. But if it was me, those offers would be the last thing I would target on paid advertising when there are other lucrative offers out there that convert way better and pay 5x more.

Third, although there are a lot of dumb people out there, most people already know such offers are a complete scam (and they actually are, because you don't get the iPhone for free). The offers have been spammed to death already on FB. Last, yes you can do it with MP, but you will get your accounts banned 100% if you just join the groups and post your CPA links. There is a lot more to group posting than just that if you want to do it long-term. I recommend you read the whole of BTB's thread for more info on the topic - I also shared a lot of info on that thread on how to avoid bans and spam the right way.
