Make 15 Web 2.0s with hand-written unique content. I am planning 3, 500-word articles for each one. I will write everything unfortunately, I have no choice. I will add Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ for each one. (is 50 each good for one web 2.0?). I will do the top PR web 2.0s from this list: http://ninjaseotools.com/web-2-0-sites-list.php.

I will make 10, 750-word press releases using this list: http://www.avangate.com/avangate-res...stribution.htm

I will blast 500 twitter retweets, facebook likes, and google+ for my main domain. I will also add one 500 word article each week.

    ---------------

    I have a couple questions:

What are some good free tier 2 links?

How can I get contextual links? Do I just email the domain owners? How do I even find relevant sites? I have a pretty good domain - 24 DA and 34 PA.

How long will it take to move up to first page for a low-medium keyword.

    ---------------

Thank you in advance if you respond and critique my plan of attack. It seems most of SEO tutorials are focused around tools or paid services. I will create a PBN when I make enough money. In the meantime, I will have to make do with this.

Tier 2 and tier 3 links are cheap and available on Fiverr for $5 ($5.50 actual cost). There are several ways to get contextual links:

    - Web 2.0s
    - PBN (you can buy from the marketplace if you can't build one)
    - Link outreach (you need exceptional, link-worthy content)
    - Guest posting

As for how long it will take to move up the rankings, no one knows. Depends on keyword competition, types of links, quality of content (debatable), and other factors.

I like your plan for tier 1, it is very similar to what I am doing. What I do for tier 2 is create more web2.0's that points to your tier 1. I like to focus on quality and I would stay away from anything spammy.

Looks alright, but a good web2.0 on T1 needs more than 3 articles on it. I would have around 5 articles and make the site have at least 10 pages including stuff like a contact page etc. You can pull out some edu blog comments for tier 2/3 for free if you're crafty. You can frankly do a lot for free if you have the time. Forum posts, profiles, the basics can all be manually done free.

I recommend using at least part of links from high PR/authority sites/pages too for faster results.

nice way of going about it but i would recommend mixing it with social bookmarking, blog commenting, directories submissions etc to have some diversity in your links :)
