Paid traffic won't convert much in CPA offers I guess. Unless getting good niche traffic which might convert.

You get what you pay for. You don't get good quality traffic for $5.
Fiverr traffic is good for padding your traffic stats; don't expect a single lead to come from it.
With that being said, most Fiverr traffic in my experience is bot traffic. No human eyes will be looking at your website.

You will not get good quality traffic from fiverr gigs, most of them are fake and bot traffic, to get lead you should invest in some paid ads such facbook ads, adwords ads, etc..

I agree, I recently bought adult traffic on Fiverr and it's definitely bot traffic. I also showed evidence to the guy but he still insist is not true, I suggest you buy traffic from network like ExoClick and similar is what I will do next!

I think that fiverr traffic will not work for CPA..

Adding one more point, Fiverr traffic doesn't even work with CPM, since the quality of the traffic is very low you don't even get back the 5$ invested in Fiverr! I'm also trying some PPC banner, same here, only few clicks and paid very low (Plugrush/JuicyAds) because of the low quality traffic.
In my case the guy advertised the thing saying that most of the traffic is from US, but after few days in my stats I saw a tons of traffic from Google SriLanka domain.... plus digging in my stats majority of traffic was from AWS and "Unknown" netowork, traffic BOT indeed.
