voucher / coupon site make a lot of money, I think of something..

I create an extension that give user coupon, for example namecheap, so every time they click on the extension icon, the code showed, but also cookies inserted. wow imagine my app got 1000 users.. $$$ but is this legit? not only namecheap, u can do it on groupon, amazon etc.. if the cookies insertion is illegal, jst show coupon with links, so it's legit..
