I heard news recently about YouTube demonetizing any video created with AI voice, and to me, it seems like backwardness for the AI industry. What about people who have finally found rest in using AI voice to bring out their creativity? I hope they realize their mistake and reconsider their decision before projects like PromptTale AI gain much attention, which could make people in this category move there, as it aligns with their values. According to my research, it's a decentralized AI content creation platform focusing on AI generation in comic/webtoon/anime styles. The moment investors see how it performs after getting listed, there will be trouble for video-creating platforms.

Hello, my friend! I just watched a YouTube video created with AI, but the human creator also made a direct appearance with his own image and voice. I’ve made YouTube videos using AI narration before, but I played the audio through an external speaker to record it. I didn’t know YouTube could demonetize that type of content , though my channel isn’t monetized yet, and I haven’t received any warnings about my video. Still, I believe that if a video made with AI includes more human elements, it will definitely be better accepted than one entirely created by AI.
 
Youtube want to get rid of low quality AI spam channels that push videos with minimal work as it affect good content creators

I just think they should rethink their decision before it is too late because alot of AI creator will miss out but project i mention below seems to be going live soon to help them.
 
YouTube’s ai voice demonetization hits low effort content, not creative ai use
PromptTale’s niche could grow, but adapt with original commentary to stay monetized!

I see AI integration with blockchain as a good thing and PrompTale, TALE features a good innovation but the question here is, would they deliver on their words? Tho have invested in the token on Bitget & it's not favourable at the moment. I'm hoping it will in due time.

Well they eventually had to apply some limits. but you can always bypass most of them
They say re-used content isn't allowed to make money, yet how many gaming channels that post twitch content are making money?!

It is not actually going against AI. It is because of the comparison based on quality between people who use AI to make content and people out there who make real content. The AI content will be obviously better, so to avoid that is why YT took such a decision and I support it tbh.

There are people who literally make tons of money by doing this, Instagram too is filled with random AI created content.
 
I think yt’s crackdown targets AI voice spam, not creativity. Yes, it hurts legit creators, but the industry isn’t going backward, it’s segregating into "mass garbage" (banned) vs "niche art" (decentralized)
 
From a viewer point of view I think it’s a good idea, most of the AI voiceovers are pretty hard to listen to and all sound the same - gotten to a point that it’s pretty annoying.

When I come across such channels I will definitely share it here. I find them more often on Instagram. I will share those too.
 
yt demonetizing ai voice is wild, feels like a step back for creators who finally found their groove. platforms like prompttale might just steal the spotlight if yt keeps pushing ppl out.
 
Based on my understanding, youtube make the right choice, so as to not chase their viewers away when they cant tell what is AI or what is not again, to buy some stuff people need to be tap into their emotion and once they don't feel it anymore it's not gonna work, imagine an AI advertising a weight loss product, Do you think people will but even if they have the right script, think about it
 
Personally, I love this progress cause a lot of those kinds of contents don't even have a great visuals as well, just a slideshow of stuff that wants to be educational, it feels very low effort.
