Is there some software that you use to assign and accept content from your writers?

I was wondering if there is a tool you use to track, assign and accept articles/content from your writers? I got tired of sending word documents back and forth over email and checking everything manually so I started building a tool that simplifies this process for me and am curious if there is an industry standard, or something popular that everyone uses? Would there be any interest in a tool like this?

Also wanted to ask: Where is the most appropriate section on BHW to post about a tool you're building? I mean this would apply to Content/Copywriting section but I don;t think I could ask in marketplace forum could I?

    Thanks

Create a shared folder on Dropbox and ask your content writer to update the articles when completed. This keep the articles organised in one place.

What about Google Drive? You can share documents, have multiple editors and see changes in real time

Dont use Google Drives for keeping all the seo articles on the same place specially if you plan to use those articles on different sites.
