Is there easydns support here

on july 4, 2023 i created and paid a domain at easydns.com
but one day after i login with new browser my account was not found
i tried to get back my account by clicking `forget your password` and fill username and domain name detail but the account was still not found under that username
i had contacted them via email but there was no response from them until now

does anyone here experience the same
