This technique is dead. You can't import UIDs to Facebook Ads Manager anymore.

I haven't tried this, but you could drop all your UIDs into excel (column A) then @facebook.com (column B). In Column C use this formula to bring the two together so it looks like an email address; =concatenate(A1,B1) and auto fill the rest so column c is full of email. Copy all of them into a *.txt file and try importing it as "emails" into facebook.

As I said, I haven't tested it and don't care to as I only use facebook for re-marketing purposes.

If it doesn't work, then if you send an email to a (UID)@facebook.com then facebook FWDs the email to the users email account. Do what you want with that.

I was trying your second method but it seem that i got an error trying to send an email to my @facebook

    Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain facebook.com by msgin.vvv.facebook.com.

do anyone face this problem too?

You don't need to be friends with someone to advertise to them.

Ladies and gentlemen, just an FYI :)

You can still use custom audience in your ads, just scrape emails and upload them to your Custom Audience as emails not IDS :)

hope that answered your questions OP!

    -Sasha

P.S. If anyone is telling you different its:

    A. Never did an email custom audience
    B. Don't know what the hell they are doing :)
    C. Just keeping this little secret to them selves
