Your question is a bit unclear. Are you asking if someone is actually working with Google Ads or someone who has successfully made Google
Ads work for them.

You can post this in wtb section by the way are you looking for Google employees or someone you have experience in using Google ads .

adx is not good adsense still rocks and gives better cpc over .

Most people have problems with ads limit on Google adsense, that is why they use adx. There is no way to prevent ads limit, so your traffic will earn no money in adsense for long periods. If you know a way to stop ads limit on adsense please share
