Just buy your own SHORT domain.

Something with 3 letters and with a two letter extension. Here's an example: "fui.me" or "xus.cc"

Once you have bought that domain, install wordpress on it and install the "Pretty Link" free plugin as well (which is what I always use for tracking links purposes)

There's no way to place a link in comment.. You can post the comment like xyz(dot)com or something like that..

I'm started to thikn you can't at all but I have seen it done so I don't completely believe its not possible...

I just tried http:// bit.ly/UfqFXf and I also tried it without the http://. I put this link in with no spaces and it still gave me the error message.
Any one else? Any other suggestions or link shorteners that will actually work. How about using to link shorteners, like putting one link shortener within another..

Whatever you do, there won't be any clickable link because YT will filter out any html & post only the plain text...

Try turning the / into \ in the bitly links seems to work for me ofc you ant click them but at-least you can post it and bitly will auto correct the \ into / when entered into the url bar
