I'm not sure if "sandboxed" is the right terminology I should be using. But say if you did a scrapebox on your money site, or anything else that would be considered blackhat, and then eventually got removed from Google's index. Is there any way to recover from that?

If so, how would you recover? And if not, doesn't that mean you could just sabotage someone by scrapeboxing their website?

If you disavow via webmaster tools, you could recover from it or prevent someone spamming you. I'm not sure about lifetime penalties. I think most penalties have a time like 6 months.
