I know trying to ask about making money without wanting to do any work is generally looked down on here, but are there any methods that can be entirely outsourced or almost entirely outsourced? Maybe with a $1,000 dollar budget to start off with.

I of course wouldn't whine if I had to do something. I'd obviously have to manage the web sites involved, along with picking niches and everything (if applicable).

Thanks in advance, all ideas will be appreciated.

    MicroNiche Adsense sites.
    1. Learn the method
    2. Kw research - you should do this step yourself. register the domain
    3. Outsource all writing work
    4. Upload content - again, I think it's safer to do this yourself
5 Do backlinking - I guess you can outsource this
    6. Manage sites personally - ie log in and check stats

    Hope that helps

This was definitely one of my first considerations and still seems like the absolute best method for me so far.

    Thank you very much!

Outsourcing IS work - you have to write effective work proposals, sift through tons of freelancer applications, interview the interesting applicants, explain in clear detail what needs to be done (usually more than once) and then you have to maintain contact and followups to make sure the work is getting done, and that's it's getting done right.

I love outsourcing, I use it a LOT - but it is work... It's just less tedious and usually faster to hire tasks out.

I do a lot of outsourcing and sometimes the hardest part can be just explaining to the outsourcer what needs to be done.

Sometimes it can be extremely frustrating explaining your vision to someone who is not a native english speaker.

Tim Ferriss has built a very successful empire based on outsourcing almost everything.. you can read about it in The 4 Hour Workweek... one of my favorite books of all time. :)

Short version if you don't want to pick up the book: find a small team of virtual assistants that you trust, and that can do the work you need done, then send the work to them. No need to keep looking for new people for each task.
