Squid allows you to map outgoing IP by user:
www. squid-cache .org/Doc/config/tcp_outgoing_address/
Dante seems like it might, I don't know dante or what version you are suing but there is a "redirect" module you might want to look into on the configuration page for your version:

I couldn't understand that squid excatly how it will work like what i want

I haven't found an example mapping a user to IP but the squid page says it can be done, think it would be:
acl ip1 proxy_auth user1 user2 user3
http_access allow ip1
tcp_outgoing_address 192.1.1.1 ip1
acl ip1 proxy_auth user1 user2 user3
http_access allow ip1
tcp_outgoing_address 192.1.1.1 ip1
So , first line will be my main ip right ?
I think i don't need to second line cos i won't use it for web , so i can pass it.
And third line will be proxy ip which i want to forward my main ip. But that proxies also got username and pw . How should i add it ?
Can you give me 1 example ?

That is an example lol. The first line is an ACL named "ip1" with a list of users. The second line says to allow that ACL to pass through the proxy. The 2rd line says what outgoing IP that ACL named "ip1" should use.

Guess I misunderstood what you are trying to accomplish, sounds like what you really want to do is forward traffic to an EXTERNAL location/IP not an outgoing IP.
Looks like that can be done with cache_peer but not seeing that you can pass the login info automatically. Maybe on the second one just turn off auth and only allow it to accept connections from the first one by IP.

If i turn off auth , everyone can detect that proxies and use them by checking any network watcher.. Thats why i need protect both of them with id-pw.

You could allow only connections only from the outgoing IP of the first one to pass through the second.
it would be better for me if i can do like what i write in first post
