Say you have a competitor who has flooded the net with negative reviews of your product and now they take over a lot of the front page of your keyword (although you are still the first result) - is there any way to kind of de-SEO their false reviews?

Like I said - I've already done that, my site is the top of the page but the rest of the page is littered with the false reviews...

Web 2.0 - the same thing is happening to me. Just create a lot of web 2.0 with that search term and in a long run they will get moved them. Need seo work, backlinks, and w/e for them also.

buy 9 domains and make them review sites relating to your product, give good reviews on each of them and make them rank up top 10 (first page) on google

tell google they are committing defamation of character

and if google doesnt do something about it they too will be brought up on charges for allowing it to happen

or just give it right back to him. Say if you buy from your competitor then they will be receiving stolen goods

I agree with all of the above and the good news is that your name should be easy to rank for with a few different domain names i.e. mynamereviews.com mynamecomplaints.com reviewofmyname.com

It shouldnt take a whole lot of work to get those to rank for your name.

Step 1: Go to the services for sale section of BHW. Purchase 20-40 articles to be written about your company and its products.

Step 2: Submit each of these articles to the top 5 - 10 article websites. Change the title of each article every time you submit. (you could even spin it too).

Step 3: Buy scrapebox, and blast the living hell out of those articles... and/or purchase xrummer blasts from the "buy services" section.

Step 4: Buy 40-80 articles to be written about competitor's company and products, the more negative the better.

Step 5: Repeat steps 2 & 3 on these negative articles.

Step 6: Laugh as your competitor does a huge facepalm after he realizes he f*cked up by messing with you.

How do you get Google to do this? Do share, I've tried contacting google numerous times without success all I find is the generic question forms to receive a generic email. How do I contact them and get them to comply?

    Thanks

Usually what I do is get 10-20 blogs going, market the crap out of them and push that a-hole out of the way. Use his keywords and your keywords.

Then create either more websites, more pages on the existing website, web2.0 sites with articles linking to your websites or combination of all of that.

Then apply all your SEO efforts to those sites and pages to get them outranking the neg review sites. Any kind of negative campaign you try to get the other site penalized could inadvertently improve their position rather than hurt it.

Rather than dropping them down the serp and letting other sites take their place, you'd be much better off by replacing them with your own pages. Imagine the traffic you could get if you dominated the first page yourself.

I have actually had people ASK for this in my company. They have one huge site and X amount of sites are posting negative crap. In my opinion, you do what I said. You create blogs on some of the free sites out there, it doesn't have to look amazingly professional. Then you use article marketing, social networking, SEnuke whatever you want, and you market your sites to move theirs out of the way. Someone has to win in the ranking, if you work hard enough at it, it could be you!

Take the high road, you'll be better off in the end.

I don't know if that's true or not. But it sounds like good advise, so it's probably a good idea to follow it, lol.

The only high road in war is the one which gives you a better ambush on your enemy.

Create a "push page" and host it in SEO hosting and name each site or blog according to the keyword of your product i.e. "product reviews" "product scam" etc

Load it with overflowing and unique content that is focused on "good reviews" about your product. Start building links to those "push page" (xrumer, senuke, blog networks, scrapebox, profile links and social bookmarking) and laugh your way to the Google SERPS... :D
