Does a tool like this exist?

Is there any tool or extension that allows you see recent viral videos by small channels?

For example a channel with 50 subscribers that went viral this week with 100k views.

I don't think anything like that exists
Would kill any trend because people would "rape" it
An edit will be made if I find something
 
You can try VidiQ. It has internal search. It also can sort channel videos by views. Im not sure if you can do these things with the free version though.

How do you filter highest views by lowest subscriber count
 
No tool gathers such data but it is a good idea to make such a tool.
 
by building one or hiring someone who can, to build one if you cant.
 
You just chanced on a good business opportunity to build a tool like that!
 
You can get idea when a small channel gets viral using socialblade but you have to enter the channel name manually.
 
I have built exactly this tool. Opening BST soon
 
you can see the trending list or if you need any specif videos just search for them. you'll find. Another social media like FB is another source to find the top views videos.
