Go onto the Black Hat SEO thread read all the stickies then sort forum by most views. Read ones that apply/interest you.
Not going to tell you everything you need to know as you'll learn a lot on the way and there's loads of BH stuff that its hard to cover everything plus some methods might not be shared to protect ideas/strategies.

I can't think of any resources that would really be worth paying for that cannot be found here. There may be some underground stuff but as soon as it gets passed on to the general populace, even on a private forum, it will soon leak to BHW so there is little need to go elsewhere and pay for it.

Although I've only been active recently,I've been a member on here for a few years. The stuff I've picked up by reading the forum posts has been priceless.. Much better than what you'd pay for on the snake oil sellers R us forum (Don't think I need to mention the name)

Reading over here is best to learn black hat SEO. You can find lots of information here. Read all sticky threads first and you'll get an idea.

BHW really is the best resource for black hat and general SEO techniques that I have found on the internet. Youtube is probably the second best resource but there is too much bs on there from people who don't know what they are doing to really be anywhere worth the time it would take to learn the best techniques

BHW is the only free source out there. You need to learn the basics but do not expect any groundbreaking stuff or loopholes. There is a reason why stuff like that can't be shared on a public forum.
