All the applications that suggest this are actually some of the biggest money makers for app developers. They come up with the idea, offer the product and claim on advertising, cpa, and the rest of the gang that come along with that lot of little loot stashers! Very crafty but amazingly profitable.

I just got the script to a fake app. Which allows me to create an app that says: "Check out who's looking at your profile" and follow these steps, which involve loads of CPA offers etc... Fantastic concept. Obviously frowned upon by facebook as the user never gets what they are promised. Therefore im against these methods of forcing people to do CPA offers for something they can never get! But then again it is genius.

its not possible since you cant inject code on your profile pages that can be tracked. even images will be stored on facebook servers. and every other modification (apps) can't modify the profile page actually. just check out the facebook developer portal.
