Is there any problem if I open my Gmail account with IP of different countries?

    Hi, I have employee that live in another country. I need to give him to admin my email and Google products (Google plus, Youtube, Blog) I want to give him my password and user in order to respond my emails, and use the networks of Google, Both we need to use this email account, it is possible this practice?

    You might have to do a 2-factor auth, otherwise you may be locked out. But once it's recognized from your friends device, it should be okay all the time.

    From my experience,, I have VA's that have access to my gmail accounts to respond to clients at the same time that I email people. The bigger thing I'd say you need to address is if you trust them. As long as that trust is there and they don't have access to your bank accounts, identity information, etc. There isn't any problem with you guys being logged in at the same time. Also agree with the above.. I did have to authorize his access a few times.

    nope they're just ask a number to verify whether it's you or not sending a text message on the number you provided on the screen prompt by gmail

    My Gmail accounts do some funky things whenever my VPN is connected to a different country. I'm asked to either phone verify the account if it isn't already, tell them the name of the city I usually login from, or verify the recovery email address.
