Is there any limit on AC if you're non-US and only earning performance payments?

i'm from the EU and decided to take on AC the whitehat way, building up a huge article base (non-exclusive/display only of course, so i can also monetize them elsewhere) and promoting them by different means to earn some little steady income...now would they limit my earnings in any way?

i'm talking about the 600$ limit here and as i'm not from the US i of course can't submit a W-9 form.

let's say i get over 1000$ (or more) in a year (no upfront payments, just performance), what exactly would happen? or would they just pay me without any issues? anybody got experience there?
