I am always confused here whenever i see software providing web 2.0 sites for submission. Web 2.0 means properties or contents (like 400-1000 words). Also what GSA can do with web 2.0 and how many sites are included in the GSA, please someone advice.

First off - Anything can be automated (or outsourced).
I use Web 2.0's as tier 1 links, and therefore only have unique content and built them manually,
Which might take more effort and time, but well worth it as I've learned from personal experience.
GSA is a great piece of software, but I use it for my Tier 2/3 links for the most part.

You can use the GSA and build around 60 Web 2.0 properties..

you should subscribe to SERengines . com as Web20 properties needs to be fixed regularly. as SER lacks of some "article management" features it is not the be all, end all solution regarding Web20s right now but i'm pretty sure this will change in the near future.
maybe in 2-3 month SER in a combination with SERengines will be one of the best automated solutions when you like to create and repost articles to Web20s.
