Is there any auto pop3/imap registration link clicker?

Hello guys I've looked all around the web for this kind of program,
I have SENuke 4.65, XRumer 5.04 but they dont seem to fit for the job..

all I need is something to click on registration links in my gmail.. because I have a program that auto-create accounts on article websites but most of them send an email and that program doesnt go in the mail to activate the accounts..

so I'm looking for a generic program to do that for me
