Is there any article submitter for mass submission?

I already have article post robot, but what I actually want to have is some submitter who can read in e.g. xml format and post all stuff with arbitrary many links and content. I don't want to adjust submission site by site, but pass my data and click. Is there such a tool / what is your favourite article submitter?

This is an excellent request as I'm sure many would be interested in it also.
What are the chances that you could upload APR for the rest of us considering that there is not a working download copy available currently? Much appreciated!
