Here's a neat trick for Facebook.
1. Go to the top search bar
2. Using the Graph Search format, type in: "People who like [name of your page]"
3. Here, you could see the whole list of fans. Check their profile for suspicions
Fake accounts usually have many random stuff going on. Just my 2 cents worth.
