is there a wp plugin to send my posts to social bookmarking sites?

I was just wondering how to set my autoblog to send all of my post to the socail bookmarking sites. I want to automate this but don't know how I have tried using onlywire but fuck its not working or I just can't figure the thing out..

Any help would be great!
