Is there a Wordpress plugin for exit pop ups?

Hi,

The sort of plugin I am thinking of would only pop up an optin box for an email list if the person didn't click a CPA link on my pages and just closed my site. If they click a CPA link and are taken to an offer I dont want a pop up then to distract them. Anyone know of a good one that does this?
