Is there a way to target Facebook ads by intersection of interests, rather than union?

For example, say I want to target those who like "Travel" AND "Literature". The way I understand it, currently if I put "Travel" and "Literature" as the target interests, it targets those who like either "Travel" OR "Literature".

I am using adespresso and you can target your audience and do comparisons as you described. Check it out

You need to click "Narrow Audience" below the targeting input block.

For instance, you would first select "travel" as an interest or better yet, a behavior.

Then, below the input field it says "narrow audience"... Click it, and a new field appears.

In the new field, you type "literature" as an interest...

Congrats on now targeting 'only travelers who also have an interest in literature'.

    Done and done.
