When I post a link to my site's page that has embedded YT video on it, Facebook recognizes video and automatically add a clickable thumbnail that makes video to play straight on FB wall.

Any chance to stop it so it just shows thumbnail image but not that blue play triangle button so fans could click on title link and finish on my site ?

You could always post the thumbnail as an image via direct link, http://img.youtube.com/vi/<insert-youtube-video-id-here>/0.jpg, and then place a link to your site next to it.

As far as I know, there's no way to hyper-link an image on Facebook.
