Is there a way to send a PM or email to everyone from a members list in a forum? Is there a tool for it or something?
    Thanks

I have a tool for this, there is another tool around for this. There is also a service in the BST where he will do a blast to a forum for you.

Wowhaxor's tool is a mass PM spammer and I think it's $27. I own it, and I'm not going to lie it's a pain in the ass to get going because if you do anything wrong it freezes and shuts down, but it works like a charm afterwards until your account gets banned.

Keep in mind also that some forums require you to have 15 or so posts to PM people. Also a few might have captchas.

since all forums are different its best to make a macro for it but if its a specific type of forum, such as one built with phpbb you can find tools for this so you have to search for the specific type of forum script its built with to find a tool for that.. most of the bigger forums would use their own script or modify it in such a way that it would be different since all they have to do is change the front-end code (CSS / HTML labeling)

You can do that with xrumer. It can be complex, but it works.
