i have couple of hundred emails that i like to sell my service to, some service and software don't allow that and some that do are not free, is there a service or a software to send cold email for free or with a trial?

Sending 100 emails are almost comes under the free plan from any Mail Provider or SMTP provider.
Use mail poet for WordPress 1000 emails per month free.
Every Provider gives free trial if the number limits at 3 digits.

Mailgun, send grid ..all are having free plans if you are planning to use smtp+mailer.
