Is there a way to see the log file of people that have logged onto a proxie?

    those are the proxies, this guy keeps visiting my ad's and flagging them off, i would really like to know if there's a way, thanks

    I'm not sure. I would think any good proxy or VPN provider or wouldn't keep logs. But there are lots of people here with more knowledge about it than me.

    what about blacklist those ips in your hosting? so no visits will come form those ips ;)

    .htaccess him out of your site period. I'd block out the entire c-block and be done with it. If you notice him come back again, drop a little udp.pl on his IPs and that should shut him up for a bit. lol. I'm only joking about that 2nd part, although kinda not really. I'd just block him out from your hosting, but if he wants to be a dick that much he'll probably just use a proxy.

    Yeah it ain't possible to get info from that. Blocking/blacklisting that IP would be the only option.

    Hey, I too am getting constant hits from this IP range. What do you mean by "flagging them off". Are they Adwords?
