I have a theme by themefuse. I wanted to look at some sites using the same theme to get some ideas on how to build my site.

Is there a way to search google for sites using a particular theme?

This may help find the theme, then search deeper...

Well you can take a look at the theme you have and look for a footprint on the theme which is the same across all sites. Then use scrapebox or just search google for the footprint.

Open source code of your theme and look for any possible foot prints there like theme name developer name search for it in google. Most of the themes uses a unique code on there code to track the use of there theme. So if you spend some time looking on your source code you can easily find one working keyphase.
