Is there a way to Promote a site on Adwords if the site is banned?

I had a site banned for copyright infringement. I know the 5 keyword out of 900 which got my site banned

I have started a new site but I would like to still promote the old one which is 2 years old. Being spoiled by adwords, I failed to SEO it.

Is there any way to promote it on adwords? Do you have any other opinion on what I should do with it?

get an addon domain name and point it to the old site and then set up adwords to go to the newer domain name (and dont use those 5 keywords).. you may also want to maybe move that site to a different host as well to give it a new ip address
 
That sucks. My domain name is great and by now. I figured I would have to get a new account and domain but I was hoping there was a black hat way to get around adword restrictions. Thanks you guys
 
Go with whit hat techniques if you want a white website to whom Google will give you permission for PPC Ads.
 
You send reconsideration request to G after resolving the issue, after that you can do adwords with that site
 
If you haven't done any SEO on it I would simply move everything to a new domain and 301 redirect the old site.

Apply for a new account and start your PPC campaign for the new site without using the 5 keywords which got you banned.
 
It will be best idea to start conversation with Google Adwords Support Team and send reconsideration request to them for resolving the issue, they will review your request for review your adwords account.
 
adword won't let you promote a banned site but you can create another website and promote it and when somebody will enter on your new site it redirect them to the banned one
