Is there a way to make money with paypal created VCC's?

Is there any way to make money from these? I dont want to sell a VCC with my whole paypal balance on it lol. If there isn't there isn't but I couldn't find anything in search so I figured I would ask.

If you can create a card with a restricted balance, then yeah probably. It would be cheaper than using a visa gift card which has a $5 activation few. Who is your target market and why do they need your cards?

You can try find affiliate networks that allow you to signup under your affiliate account using a vcc, use the offers that give you like 25$ per cc signup and stuff like that. Maybe that will work.

I used to do some sign-ups for a well known hosting company. I used to create and verify paypal accounts with the VCC and afterwards sign-up as my own affiliate. Made quite some decent spare of change
