One thing I believe is happening is people are liking the ad and not actually visiting the page, hence my leads aren't getting clicked and arent generating income. Any advice?

^As said above, this all you need to do. One warning though, you'll kill your social click-throughs. Facebook campaigns can take sometime to build. When someone likes the page, the that ad is shown to their friends that one of their friends like the page, increasing your CTR.

Also, now that you have them Liking the page, engage with them. Post funny videos and pictures, it goes out to their news feed and gets them back to your page.

Go to tumblr or whatever and repost stuff that is related to the offer, of just gets them talking. Every time they like something you posted or they post a comment on something you posted, that also goes out to their friends, getting them interested in the page :D. Hit them with your deal once a day, but post mostly somewhat related funny or interesting content.

That's how you'll get conversions. Don't look at it as a Google PPC campaign, you'll need to work on the content part to make it work correctly.

there should be an option to un-select the "like" below your ad. i simply clicked this option and it got rid of mine. i did this about a week or 2 ago so maybe FB has changed this option or took it away?

Which method have you guys found works better or converting CPA's? I think if there is not like button it forces them to go to the page and see the ad however if you can manage to bring them back that would be huge as well.

    Time to do some testing...
