is there a way to monetize views on youtube channel if I am not a blogger? i mean so I create a new youtube channel, then apply for monetization program and get money?
that works on dailymotion, there you just create a channel, and you can turn on monetization, you don't need to get views before that or subs or whatever. Is there a way to do such a thing on youtube? become affilaite without actually having content and views?
