Was just wondering if there is a way to find out if your website is ranking for any long tail keywords besides searching them all manually or inputting each keyword into a rank checker.

SEMrush would probably be your best bet.

search google with [inurl:yoursite.com "your keyword *"] the asterisk will act as a wildcard and you will see some new long-tale keywords in the results. ;)

Google webmaster tools can tell you, also you can use Google Analytics and see which keywords traffic is coming from.

SemRush is awesome but it is kind of expensive if you are just starting out. I used it a few times but discovered that its not worth it if you numbers arent at least 10x the cost. If you can afford it, its a great tool. Probably the best out there. I use Google webmaster tools and alexa. I know it isnt much, but it helps, and its free.

Go for SEMrush.. You will even get the first 4-5 keywords without paying for it..

Don't go for SEMrush imo. Just make a Google Webmastertools. Wait a few days. Go there again and see Search Queries, and you see all average rankings for every longtail you can imagine.

    SEMRush is fantastic for this.

The free version does enough to be useful, the paid is only $69 a month as well so it's still great value for money.

Fantastic for competitor analysis and seeing things like competitors advertising tactics etc.

I use Google Adwords to track the keywords for which traffic is coming from organic search. Beside this Google Webmaster tool is also effective, but it takes a little more time for first time results.

Google WMT and SEMrush is all you need. Just export the keywords in rank tracker.
