    I've got a .CSV file with ~100k URLs and when I try to copy them all into scrapebox it only copies exactly 1k lines, it apparently cant go over that, is there a way to actually be able to copy more than 1k lines? It's a pain in the ass not being able to just copy and paste it al into scrapebox, what could take 30 seconds will take me like an hour or two...

    Open it in notepad ++

    Highlight 1000 and press Ctrl + L

    Paste

    Repeat.

    I havent personally tested it but this looks like it should solve your problem:
    Sorry i cant post links but search on google for:
    clipboard size limit windows 7
    And click the stackoverflow link

    Found a work around, import the .CSV to excel, copy the links there and paste on Scrapebox, apparently copying from Excel directly doesn't limit my clipboard.

    Weird, I have never had issues with importing significantly higher numbers of lines into Scrapebox. 100K is a default and yes, that's from clipboard and yes, from a CSV file.

    It will most likely be something with your computer settings, rather than CSV, excel or Scrapebox issue.
