Of course there are ways! I would suggest that you create a site that's in the niche of the product you are going to be promoting and just drive people from AdWords to your website rather than directly to the landing page of ClickBank. I have never done this but your goal should be to capture the persons email and then sell the product later down the road.

thanks for the reply so basically making a review site and linking to CB from that site wouldnt work i guess

Either create a landing page or redirect the domain to your affiliate CB link.

Cloaking is the way forward... but you will still need a decent website in the niche for manual reviewers and bots to see...

I bought a domain with hosting, downloaded a website template, c+p'ed a load of relevant text to the product i promote around the website as well as adding a few images and was enough to pass the manual review and then cloaked. I recommend Justcloakit. it's quite expensive but you get what you pay for.

The correct way to do this is to make sure that your LP has got no external out bound links(Ii.e to other domains).
Use your creativity to make you create your LP and bring your customers to a page where there are no affiliate links.
Use aff links only at level 2 or 3 (there are many ways to do it including cloaking) and you will be fine.
