Is there a way to add a hubpage to propeller?

Hey, I know propeller has banned hubpages from being added, but i was wondering if that's a 100% ban and there is no way of getting around it? Or if anyone knows how to get around it so you can add a hubpage to propeller?

On the same note, does anyone know sites that DO let you cross promote? For example, submitting your squidoo, or submitting your hubpages or blogspot
