is there a way i can send Facebook DMs directly to Inbox not to New message requests, the one i want to contact is not in friends, and i didnt contact him before

If the person you want to contact isn't in your friends list and you've never contacted them before, sending a message directly to their Inbox on Facebook will be quite difficult. You can send a friend request to that person, if accepted you will send a message directly

Facebook Messenger operates with filtering algorithms for msg requests and by default msg from people who are not in your friends list go to Message Request Folder and there is no direct way to bypass that.
But sometimes when you interact with someone (liking/comments their posts) it prompts Facebook algorithms to consider you more familiar and increases the chances that your msg goes to the main folder.

If they're not on your friend list and you haven't interacted with them before, then it's definitely not possible. Either you send a friend request or you use a shared group to pass your message across.

You can send a friend request, if that person accepts the friend, you will be able to send a message directly
