I have optimised my tcp/ip settings, however I want to know the optimal threads of my internet connection.

It is really going to depend on the program you are using and your bandwidth. The best way to find out is to do some testing, if you are using scrapebox break a list into 5k sections and test at different thread numbers. Check your log and see when you start getting timeout failures. Once you see the timeouts increase you back off a bit until they drop off.
