Ok, so i have some good economy articles, well i mean good as written by professionals. But they are not really having specific niche, they are about everything to do with economy.
So i am interested, is there a tool that will determine what are keywords in my articles most used, so i can target them.

Why don't you use a keyword tool to find relevant keywords (for your niche) with high demand and low supply, and then add sub-headers to such articles using these keywords.

Firefox plugin called SEO Quake will break down the keywords on any page for you. It is not automated as you will have to do it for each page.

    upload them to a server.
go to google external keywords tool and enter the url to each article.
google will then crawl that one url giving what it thinks the keywords are and a whole bunch of ppc data as well.
