Is there a tool that, given a list of keywords, will analyze page 1 competition? ? ? ? ? ?

Basically, I want to do what Market Samurai does - with competition analysis.

It gets the Page Rank and a few other things that it scrapes from Google SERP.

But it only does it for one keyword at a time.

What if you need to do 100 keywords?

Does a tool exist?

Example:

I want to make five pages on my website that I can rank for the quickest.
Say I have a list of 10 keywords.

dog
dog catcher
dog bowl
dog fur
dog walk
dog park
doggy dish bowl
dog sweater
doggy time
doggy style

I know all of these keywords have high traffic. Now i want to do a 'bulk competition analysis' and I want to choose the 5 words of that list that have the lowest competition.

Hence, I want to know the Page Rank for the top 10 websites on the Google SERP for each of these keywords. And their number of backlinks as well.

I could write a script to automate this process -- just make a little programm that automates the Market Samurai usage. But it sure seems like such a tool should already exist???

Hmmm. As of yet, I haven't heard of any.

You're looking to fully automate the niche creation part of SEO? I admit that it's quite tedious, but damn, if such a tool existed, this game would be a joke.
 
You might try Internet Business Promoter. Do a search, it's on the forum if you don't already have it.

ok i've tried internet business promoter

unfortunately, it only seems to generate a "Top 10 SERP" repot for one keyword at a time (like market samurai)

:(

am i doing something wrong
 
I do think that if a tool was out there or created by someone that they would keep it to them selves..... food for thought

I'd have to agree. It seems like that would be a really powerful tool. Either that, or someone tried to make it, and it turned out like crap.

But man, if someone were to give out a working tool like that to the mass public, there would not be a single profitable keyword left after a while.

I mean a Market Samurai Programmer could alter their software to include this feature in a couple days.

i wonder why this idea hasnt been implemented yet.

The benefit of such a utility seems obvious to me.

I keep feeling like i'm missing something....

If i don't find one soon i'm going to write my own batch file to do it myself -- manipulating the market samurai gui

i've done it before for other things in Delphi. So it's not a big deal. But damn, is it just me, or do you guys see why a tool of this sort would be so useful in niche finding?

does Google Sniper or niche shark do this? I cant seem to get my hands on those to test...
 
Have you tried Market Samurai? I understand you can stack multiple keywords on a given url.
 
theres a tool by jack duncan that somewhat does this. it is called Ultimate Keyword theme extractor.
 
you said that you can automate the process of MS. then, go for it. it's already 2 days. making that bot will take around 1 hour at least. well, if you really like what you'd said.

making the bot, plus the database tools will probably take a week.

Plus i'll have to devote a computer to simulating the human activity full time.

Grrrr.

I dont want to write a scraper that's for sure.

I reallly wonder why a tool like this doesnt exist.

I see it as such an obvious benefit to know the Page Rank of the top 10 SERP websties, given a list of keywords....

maybe i'll write my own software and sell it for the LOW LOW ONE TIME OFFER PRICE of 99.95!

Enjoy. Put in your keywords separated by a comma, it will go to google, dig up the top 10 results, display the url and return the pagerank.

I put up a ************** gateway, but you can hit the X in the corner.

If this sees a lot of attention it will evolve into a much better product (Fair Warning: May Become Paid).
