Is there any WYSIWYG software that I can use to edit my themeforest landing page with??

Tried to edit the index.html file by copying the HTML over to MS publisher and WP, but with no luck.

There outta be something out there that can edit index.html files for people that hate coding (I know... how can I call my self an IM'er) :p

I just never got into coding... and WP has been a life saver!!!!

If there is no tool like that.....?? If not... $$$$$ go make it ;)

I know you've already heard this but you should really pick up some basic HTML/CSS skills if nothing else. They are 100% easy even for non-coders and it will save you a lot of time and frustration in the long run. It's the gift that will keep giving! :)

Many people use Dreamweaver as a WYSIWYG but that's an entirely different can of worms. If it's a basic edit, it's just easier to look up the HTML/CSS for it even for a non-coder and copy and paste. What are you trying to do?

Hi, I hear what you are saying and I agree... but I just don't have the will power to learn that shit... I find it SOOOOO boring. Its not something I can scale... so kinda pointless... where as if I learn how to become an expert in a field like SEO or Media buying .... I can scale that shit WAY UP and get a huge return on the time I invest learning the art.

I just want add a few buttons and links here and there, change layout where its needed. Nothing major.

Pay a good dev for it (cheap and quick) or just do some minor tweaks using Notepad++ and you'll learn fast!

    Thanks for the reply.

I have someone to help me with the coding... I was just wondering if there was a tool that was newbie/noobie friendly :p

With 27k of lines... and very, VERY basic coding skills... I think I will give notepad ++ a pass lol

Someone really needs to create a WP like tool for index.html files ... (note to self - hmm) :)

I am willing to help you out a great deal if you wish. I'm new and trying to build myself a positive reputation around here, therefore i'm willing to help you learn how to code/edit ThemeForest themes. A program such as Teamviewer would be suited so I can guide you while you're editing if you make a mistake I can take over and revert back to it.

    Regards.

Just hire someone, though not sure how the fact that something isn't "scalable" makes it not worth your time to learn.

I'd even argue coding further enables the scalability. I never had any money to invest when I started IM, so knowing how to code has saved me thousands of dollars. Helps you grow and adapt more quickly, since you'd be able to make exactly what you want for free without giving away a portion of "scaled" cash to a coder.

Higher profit margins sound like a pretty good return on time spent learning, but that's just me.

Take a look at Dreamweaver CS5 or CS6. You'll need a copy of XAMPP as well. There are a number of Adobe pages on the topic. And yes the best way is to just edit with a copy of Notepad but life is short.
