Is there a such thing as a 'content mill' script?

I want to start a content creation firm, but I am worried how much the actual website will cost me, so i was wondering if there was a pre-made content mill script available??

If not, do you think it is possible to have a website created where clients buy tokens, which represent the amount of words, and when they want to order, they simply type in the keywords, density and word count, and have the website take the amount of credits out of their account?

Then .. Have a list of submitted articles in order of when they were submitted, e.g. oldest first .. Then my workers log in and have to choose the top article, complete it, then choose the next top article, complete it etc etc

Im sorry if it makes no sense, but is it possible to have something like that coded? Im guessing it will cost a bomb?

    Cheers Guys

I doubt you'll find a solution that is exactly what you describe. What I would suggest is, find a platform that does most of what you want (ticket submitting, buying tokens, some nice backend/admin features), and modify it so that it does exactly what you want. This way, you'll get the hard part out of the way and it wont cost you as much if you outsource it to a coder.

I'm pretty sure there are a lot of opensource (or not, after all, not everyone is using Zen, and PHP is not a compiled language, so...) platforms that do tickets/tokens and some other features you described, so use that as your base.
