I started buying domains a few months ago from expireddomains and namejet etc. I have about 40 now, only about 4-5 really decent ones pa38-52, the rest are average pa15-25 but nothing special. I'm not interested in selling places in my network, its just for my own local seo stuff. When I bought these domains it took days and days finding them and most of the good ones were $400-$600 a pop. I've since learnt that the high pa/da ones are far more powerful than the others so that's what I will concentrate on from now on.

So I'm curious, how do you guys start massive networks with high da/pa on all domains? Is it just a matter of spending allot of time and money or is there a secret to grabbing great domains for a good price?

    thanks!

Yeah sure, especially since any noob can boost those metrics (PA/DA).

can i ask a quick question?
im looking to start my own pbn.
when you find the expired domain you want, do you register the domain with your main godaddy account and just pay for the private registration?
then host that domain with a different company such as bluehost or host gator?

this is my first time doing this..seems like you might know..

    thanks anyway!

I'm sure they can but if I'm spending a decent amount of cash I check the sites history and backlink profile, if it looks dodgy I run.

DA, PA, PR and CF can be boosted but TF is tough to boost.

Yes like you said, the sites which have good PA/DA does cost more, but coming to me i buy normal PR2+ sites with any PA/DA but later as i how ever build tier links to my network sites they end with 30+ PA/DA in 30 to 40 days.

Most of mine are with godaddy, i'd say 2/3 but people say to mix up registrars if you can, I will from now on. They are all private, but best to mix that up aswell with fake names.
To answer your hosting question, yep, all my sites have a completely different host. Just search for $1 or $2 cpanel hosting.

Do not spend much to build your PBN, buy a GSA instead to build tier links to your own PBN which will easily boost PA/DA.

It all about time, you just need to keep browsing expired domains and sometimes you'll get lucky and a good one will pop up that you will be able to snag before anyone else even blinks.

Someone on bhw offered me to find expired domains, he said I will find them in few minutes and he will pay a $ but every domain was not according to his demand most were not meeting the requirement of TF, CF and I was not able to find a single, even if I got they were Chinese (got through archive) and when I got one that was registered. Why it is important to look TF , CF metrics.

This is the reason I'm not into SEO yet, because I know it's going to take good investment before I can build good PBN and start ranking.

You're right that it takes investment - however, you can invest either money or time. If you have plenty of time but little money, you can still build a very solid PBN and pay only the domain registration fees.
If you have money to invest, however, just buy domains from re-sellers or use custom tools to find your own.

Resources don't matter as much as resourcefulness.
