Dont use any software mate..do it manually. the site may sandboxed or banned if you used software for this

Software speeds things up and frees your time so you can get more done in less time. Why wouldn't you want to do that?

You have two options mate you can either use xrummer or sick profile maker as J1218 suggested. Xrummer is better but as far as i know it takes time to get the hang of it plus its a bit expensive so if you cant afford the cost go with Sick Profile Maker it works really well.

You may want to look into roboform plugin for firefox, fills registration forms automatically..
so your work is reduced to..
1. find a forum
2. click register
3. click fill details using roboform
4. fill captcha
5. activate email
6. add link to profile.
that won't take more than 1 minute a profile.
