Don't get me wrong by all accounts your tool is the bomb diggy at getting tons of blog comments super quick.
I would also state that some of the above aren't actually all that and a bag of potato chips. Linkwhore for example never worked too well for me when I first used it years ago, doubt it is any better now. Prosubmitter I forget which (Xsubmitter) app it is but I don't remember hearing good things about it.
The first three on your list are good apps and worth the money but it must be noted that Autopligg won't necessarily bring in worthwhile links for SEO purposes as the pligg sites out there are really abused by now, lots are going down and the remaining ones have little link love to give.
BMD is always good an updated fairly regularly, well priced and just does what its meant to do. UWCS is good, well priced and just does what its meant to. Autopligg is decent, overpriced but does what its meant to (most of the time). The other two I wouldn't bother with.
In the end though there is no substitute for Xrumer(from what I hear). It will post to unheard of numnbers of blogs and forums, cracks captchas finds sites to post to and has decent support. The price is high but it is well worth it as no other app compares, no group of apps together compares to it.
If you want it just bite the bullet and go through the merchant they are using.
