is there a imacros to change all posts to "me only"?

im too lazy to go through years and years of post on my main account. but i also dont want it to go to waste. i have over 3k people added and almost 3k followers. i want to change all my posts to me only or even delete them all (would rather change them to me only since a few of my posts have gone semi varial) does anyone have a script to do this like the invite post likes on facebook script? or would someone help me make one?
